Our swimming program supports physical strength, coordination, and overall well-being in a safe and structured environment. The calming effect of water helps reduce stress and improve focus, while guided sessions encourage confidence and social interaction. We create a supportive space where autistic teenagers can stay active, build friendships, and enjoy learning new skills.

A student is practicing balance and floating skills in the pool with close support from the instructor. With guidance and encouragement, the student builds confidence while strengthening muscles and improving coordination.
This activity promotes water safety, body control, and self-confidence in a safe and supportive environment.

Our coach is guiding the child to practice moving their hands forward in the water.

Supported Front Float Practice: The coach gently supports the student while practicing front floating. The child is guided to keep the body straight, relaxed, and lifted on the surface of the water.
With proper hand support at the torso and clear instructions, the student learns to balance, maintain body alignment, and move forward safely.

Building Water Confidence – Independent Floating Practice : The coach gently releases support and encourages the child to float independently. With close supervision and reassurance, the child learns to trust their body in the water.
Allowing children to float on their own, even for a few seconds, builds courage and promotes steady progress in swimming skills. 🌊
